Hi, I'm Lisa—the founder of ChainBreakers: Apothecary and Wellness.

I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher, yoga instructor, meditation teacher, intuitive medium, lifelong student of herbalism, and someone who's spent over twenty years diving into spirituality. But titles don't tell you who I am. Life does.

​

I've lived through enough to know that healing isn't pretty. It isn't linear. It isn't aesthetic. It's ugly crying in your car. It's questioning everything you thought you knew. It's breaking generational patterns. It's choosing yourself over and over again when it would be easier not to.

That's why I created ChainBreakers.

​

Not to build another spiritual business full of buzzwords and perfection—but to build a community where people can show up exactly as they are. Angry. Heartbroken. Curious. Lost. Hopeful. Skeptical. All of it is welcome here.

I'm compassionate, but I'm also direct. I'll hold space for you while lovingly calling out the stories that are keeping you stuck. I believe accountability is one of the highest forms of compassion. Growth doesn't happen because someone tells you what you want to hear. It happens when you're willing to hear what you need to hear.

I'm a little wild. I laugh loudly. I swear, a lot. I ask uncomfortable questions. I believe nature heals, intuition matters, and your soul already knows more than your fear wants you to believe.

Some people love my energy. Some people find it overwhelming.

Neither is wrong. I'm not trying to be for everyone. I'm here for the people who are ready to stop surviving and start living. The people who are tired of carrying everyone else's expectations. The cycle breakers. The seekers. The black sheep. The ones who have always felt different. The people who are finally ready to choose themselves.

 

Through Reiki, intuitive guidance, meditation, workshops, herbal education, spiritual mentoring, and our growing wellness community, my mission is simple:

To help people remember who they were before the world convinced them they had to be someone else.
